Senior Clinical Research Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage clinical trial operations in accordance with protocols, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.

• Lead clinical trial monitoring activities that require technical expertise, emphasizing quality and ongoing improvement.

• Ensure clinical trial sites comply with study protocols, regulatory requirements, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards.

• Conduct site visits to evaluate site performance, address issues, and support the effective execution of trials.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate data collection and reporting.

• Provide training and support to site personnel and other Clinical Research Associates (CRAs).

• Establish and nurture relationships with site staff and stakeholders to facilitate seamless trial operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field or a healthcare-related discipline.

• Significant experience as a Clinical Research Associate.

• Strong knowledge of clinical trial processes and regulatory standards.

• Capability to manage multiple sites and projects at the same time.

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in monitoring practices, ensuring data integrity, and site management.

• Familiarity with relevant clinical trial software and tools.

• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to influence and ensure compliance in a complex environment.

• Willingness to travel as needed, approximately 60% of the time.
