📋 Description

• Oversee clinical trial monitoring activities that require technical expertise, emphasizing quality and ongoing enhancement.

• Evaluate clinical trial sites to ensure compliance with study protocols, regulatory standards, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.

• Perform site visits to assess performance, address issues, and support the effective execution of trials.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to guarantee timely and precise data collection and reporting.

• Offer training and support to site personnel and other Clinical Research Associates (CRAs).

• Establish and nurture relationships with site staff and stakeholders to ensure seamless trial operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific or healthcare-related field.

• Significant experience as a Clinical Research Associate, with a solid grasp of clinical trial processes and regulatory standards.

• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple sites and projects concurrently, possessing strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in monitoring techniques, data integrity, and site management, with adeptness in relevant clinical trial software and tools.

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the capacity to influence and ensure compliance in a complex setting.

• Availability to travel as needed (approximately 60%).

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
