Senior Clinical Research Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Identify, select, initiate, and finalize investigational sites for phase II-IV clinical studies.

• Collaborate within a large-scale, fast-paced setting alongside a dedicated team of CRAs.

• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and ICH-GCP principles.

• Independently and proactively set up and monitor studies.

• Complete reports and maintain necessary documentation.

• Submit protocols and consent documents for ethics/IRB approval.

• Prepare regulatory submissions.

• Manage sponsor-generated queries effectively.

• Take charge of study cost efficiency.

• Prepare and assess study documentation and feasibility studies for new proposals.

• Potentially assist in training and mentoring fellow CRAs.

• Support sponsor-dedicated Dermatology & Rare Disease trials.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 18 months of monitoring experience in phase I-III trials as a CRA.

• Bachelor’s degree in medicine, science, or a related field.

• Prior monitoring experience in medium-sized studies, covering both study start-up and close-out phases.

• Familiarity with ICH-GCP guidelines.

• Ability to review and assess medical data.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in German and English.

• Capacity to work under tight deadlines.

• Willingness to travel at least 60% of the time, both domestically and internationally.

• Valid driving license.

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
