📋 Description

• Supervise and manage clinical trial operations in alignment with protocols, regulatory mandates, and industry benchmarks.

• Direct clinical trial monitoring activities that require technical expertise, emphasizing quality and ongoing enhancement.

• Oversee clinical trial sites to ensure compliance with study protocols, regulatory standards, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.

• Perform site visits to evaluate site performance, address issues, and offer support for effective trial implementation.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to guarantee timely and precise data collection and reporting.

• Deliver training and direction to site personnel and other Clinical Research Associates (CRAs).

• Establish and nurture relationships with site personnel and stakeholders to promote efficient trial operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare-related area.

• Extensive experience as a Clinical Research Associate, with a solid grasp of clinical trial procedures and regulatory standards.

• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple sites and projects concurrently, exhibiting strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in monitoring practices, data integrity, and site management, with expertise in pertinent clinical trial software and tools.

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to influence and ensure compliance within a complex landscape.

• Willingness to travel as necessary (approximately 60%).

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
