Senior Clinical Research Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee and coordinate clinical trial operations for sponsor-dedicated Phase I Oncology trials.

• Lead monitoring tasks for clinical trials that require a technical focus, emphasizing quality and ongoing improvement.

• Ensure clinical trial sites comply with study protocols, regulatory standards, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.

• Conduct site visits to evaluate performance, address issues, and facilitate successful trial execution.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee timely and precise data collection and reporting.

• Provide training and support to site personnel and other Clinical Research Associates (CRAs).

• Establish and nurture effective relationships with site staff and stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or a healthcare-related field.

• Significant experience as a Clinical Research Associate, with a deep understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory standards.

• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple sites and projects concurrently.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Expertise in monitoring practices, ensuring data integrity, and managing sites.

• Proficiency in relevant clinical trial software and tools.

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to influence and promote compliance within a complex environment.

• Willingness to travel as necessary (approximately 60%).

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
