Senior Clinical Research Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Supervise and coordinate clinical trial operations in accordance with the protocol, regulatory standards, and industry best practices.

• Direct clinical trial monitoring responsibilities with an emphasis on quality assurance and ongoing enhancement.

• Evaluate clinical trial sites to ensure compliance with study protocols, regulatory guidelines, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards.

• Perform site visits to evaluate site effectiveness, address issues, and facilitate successful trial implementation.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure timely and precise data collection and reporting.

• Offer training and support to site personnel and other Clinical Research Associates (CRAs).

• Establish and nurture relationships with site staff and stakeholders.

• Assist in Phase I Oncology trials within a sponsor-dedicated framework.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific field or healthcare-related discipline.

• Significant experience as a Clinical Research Associate.

• In-depth knowledge of clinical trial procedures and regulatory standards.

• Demonstrated capability to oversee multiple sites and projects concurrently.

• Strong organizational abilities and problem-solving expertise.

• Proficiency in monitoring methodologies, data integrity, and site oversight.

• Familiarity with relevant clinical trial software and tools.

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Willingness to travel as necessary (approximately 60%).

• Current experience in Oncology monitoring.

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
