📋 Description

• Operate within a sponsor-dedicated framework bolstered by ICON’s extensive global expertise.

• Provide support for a study in the cardiovascular/electrophysiology medical device sector focused on A-fib.

• Oversee clinical trial sites while managing site-related risks and challenges.

• Build and sustain collaborative relationships with site personnel, investigators, and internal teams.

• Implement communication strategies with study teams and sites.

• Handle multiple priorities and generate thorough, detailed, and accurate reports.

• Be prepared for up to 65% regional travel.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of monitoring experience is essential.

• A bachelor’s degree is mandatory, ideally a Bachelor of Science in Life Science, Physical Science, Nursing, or Biological Science.

• Comprehensive understanding of FDA regulations and ICH/GCP guidelines.

• Strong problem-solving abilities to address risks and identify issues at sites, implementing effective solutions promptly.

• Excellent interpersonal skills to foster and maintain productive working relationships with site personnel, investigators, and internal teams.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex information in a clear and concise manner.

• Ability to adapt communication style to meet the needs and preferences of various stakeholders.

• Capacity to work independently and juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficient in clinical trial management.

• Reside in the Western region of the US, conveniently near a major airport.

• Willingness to undertake up to 65% regional travel.

• Must possess the legal right to work in the country where the position is based.
