Senior Clinical Research Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +6 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee and coordinate clinical trial operations in accordance with the protocol, regulatory guidelines, and industry standards.

• Lead monitoring activities for clinical trials with an emphasis on quality assurance and ongoing enhancement.

• Supervise clinical trial sites to ensure compliance with study protocols, regulatory standards, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.

• Conduct site visits to evaluate site performance, address concerns, and promote effective trial implementation.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate data gathering and reporting.

• Offer training and support to site personnel and fellow Clinical Research Associates (CRAs).

• Establish and nurture relationships with site staff and stakeholders to ensure seamless trial operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific discipline or a healthcare-related field.

• Significant experience as a Clinical Research Associate.

• Comprehensive understanding of clinical trial methodologies and regulatory standards.

• Capability to manage multiple sites and projects concurrently.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in monitoring practices, data integrity, and site oversight.

• Familiarity with relevant clinical trial software and tools.

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to influence compliance within a complex environment.

• Willingness to travel as necessary (approximately 60%).

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
