📋 Description

• Supervise and coordinate clinical trial activities in alignment with protocols, regulatory standards, and industry practices.

• Lead the monitoring of clinical trials, emphasizing quality assurance and ongoing improvement.

• Ensure clinical trial sites comply with study protocols, regulatory standards, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.

• Perform site visits to evaluate site performance, address challenges, and facilitate successful trial implementation.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to guarantee timely and precise data collection and reporting.

• Offer training and support to site personnel and other Clinical Research Associates (CRAs).

• Develop and nurture relationships with site staff and other stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in a pertinent scientific discipline or a healthcare-related field.

• Significant experience as a Clinical Research Associate, with a comprehensive understanding of clinical trial operations and regulatory standards.

• Demonstrated capability to oversee multiple sites and projects concurrently, along with robust organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in monitoring methodologies, data integrity, and site management, alongside experience with relevant clinical trial software and tools.

• Willingness to engage with vaccine protocols.

• Availability to travel as needed (approximately 30%).

• Legal authorization to work in Argentina.
