Senior Clinical Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Oversee multiple clinical projects, including global initiatives, throughout all phases of their lifecycle.

• Ensure that project deliverables align with client expectations, maintaining quality while adhering to timelines and budget constraints.

• Guarantee compliance with SOPs, ICH GCP, and relevant regulations, policies, and practices.

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding project updates, challenges, and resolution strategies.

• Lead the creation of clinical trials and associated documentation.

• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Mentor and support the development of project team members.

• Engage in initiatives within the project management department, including process enhancements and training programs.

• Contribute strategic insights for business development proposals.

• Participate in bid defense presentations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree is required.

• A Master’s Degree is preferred.

• 5-7+ years of professional experience in clinical research, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences as a Project Manager.

• Proven experience in leading and managing team members.

• Comprehensive understanding of the drug development process.

• Familiarity with key success factors in clinical trials.

• Involvement in and contribution to all activities related to clinical trials.

• Experience in reviewing protocols and programs, along with evaluating project success.

• Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and resource management for clinical trials.

• Must reside in the United States.
