
Senior Clinical Product Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain, +1 more state.
• Integrate the actual habits, preferences, workflows, and administrative requirements of doctors into the product.
• Conduct peer-to-peer interviews with doctors to gather candid feedback that informs product decisions.
• Collaborate with the Product team on roadmap development and prioritization.
• Establish clinical quality standards and intended outcomes for AI-driven products.
• Evaluate and enhance prompts, model outputs, clinical templates, workflows, and terminology.
• Recognize clinical failure modes and delineate acceptable versus unacceptable outputs.
• Oversee clinical evaluations, encompassing test mix, specialties, populations, complexity, edge cases, and thresholds.
• Initiate evaluation processes, tools, and annotation guidelines in collaboration with a dedicated owner and clinical network.
• Convert model errors and clinician feedback into enhancements for the product and model.
• Collaborate with ML/LLM, Regulatory, and PRRC teams to ensure alignment on intent, evidence, risks, and controls.
• Create feedback loops with practicing clinicians and the consultant-doctor network.
• Define the scalability of clinical-product expertise across various products, teams, and markets.
• Develop a clinical quality framework, evaluation sets, and thresholds within six months.
• A medical degree is mandatory.
• Significant experience in practicing medicine.
• In-depth understanding of the daily operations of clinicians.
• Experience in the development and launch of digital health, clinical software, or AI products.
• Capability to translate clinical challenges into product decisions.
• Strong clinical judgment and the ability to convert quality and safety into technical standards.
• Ability to establish trust with doctors and elicit candid feedback.
• Clear and direct communication skills across clinical, product, technical, regulatory, and leadership teams.
• Comfortable operating at a senior, hands-on level in a dynamic, international team.
• While active licensure and current clinical practice are not mandatory, recent or ongoing practice is beneficial.
• Proficiency in the use of generative AI and a solid understanding of its potential and limitations.
• Experience in hands-on prompting, evaluation, error analysis, human oversight, or AI-assisted development is advantageous.
• Bonus points for experience with ambient documentation, clinical templates, medical-knowledge systems, clinical coding, evaluation datasets, or regulated Software as a Medical Device (SaMD).
• Must be located in Spain or Poland with valid work authorization.
