Senior Clinical Pharmacist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Develop advanced clinical pharmacy tasks grounded in realistic patient and medication scenarios.

• Create top-tier solutions that address pharmacotherapy, dosing, drug interactions, and medication safety.

• Write cases that involve patient chart evaluations, medication reconciliations, adverse reactions, and therapeutic recommendations.

• Assess AI-generated outputs for clinical precision, safety, thoroughness, and practical applicability.

• Analyze renal and hepatic dosing modifications, therapeutic drug monitoring, and multi-drug treatment regimens.

• Detect drug-related issues, contraindications, interactions, and inappropriate medication usage.

• Ensure lab values, medication profiles, and clinical scenarios are credible and medically valid.

• Consistently apply established evaluation rubrics and grading criteria.

• Integrate calibration feedback and adjust task designs as necessary.

• Uphold a consistent quality standard across all assigned deliverables and project timelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Approximately 8–15 years of relevant professional pharmacy experience in clinical, hospital, or specialty pharmacy environments.

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or a regionally equivalent professional pharmacy credential.

• Valid professional pharmacist license in the jurisdiction where the candidate practices.

• In-depth understanding of clinical pharmacotherapy and complex medication management.

• Extensive experience in reviewing drug-drug and drug-disease interactions.

• Practical experience with patient-specific dosing modifications, particularly for renal or hepatic impairment.

• Candidates must possess an active professional pharmacy license and a PharmD or a regionally equivalent pharmacy qualification.
