This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Act as a clinical content and expert in coronary and/or peripheral subjects for both the commercial team and clients.
• Assist in converting clinical evidence and product information into clear, engaging communications.
• Develop, update, and maintain clinical education resources, including presentation slides and training materials.
• Implement Key Opinion Leader (KOL) engagement initiatives, cultivating strong professional relationships and supporting strategic partnership goals.
• Collaborate across departments with CMA, Sales leadership, and Global Strategic Marketing to enhance podium presence in North America.
• Oversee the execution and logistics of healthcare professional-led educational programs (e.g., Speaker programs and PCI/CTO Champions) to enhance customer understanding of products and procedures.
• Aid in the design, content creation, and launch of new educational programs for healthcare professionals.
• Carry out Teleflex-led initiatives to provide consistent, high-quality education across different regions.
• Coordinate with internal teams and faculty to facilitate program implementation.
• Support tracking, reporting, and documentation of program outcomes and healthcare professional engagement.
• Gather feedback and insights from the field to inform updates and improvements in content and programs.
• Work in tandem with Product Marketing to ensure alignment and support for clinical and promotional messaging.
• Ensure that clinical education materials and content align with approved messaging and brand strategies.
• Assist the Commercial Enablement team in delivering clinical education to the field sales team.
• Provide support for National Sales Meetings and regional meetings with impactful clinical education.
• Bachelor’s degree is required; an advanced degree (MBA, MS, MPH, or clinical degree) is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in cardiovascular and/or peripheral medical device marketing, sales, or clinical roles.
• Proven experience in Interventional Cardiology and/or the Peripheral market.
• A demonstrated history of delivering physician education effectively.
• Strong capability in building relationships with physicians.
• Thorough understanding of clinical trial interpretation.
