Senior Clinical Data Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Design and evaluate clinical trials, interpreting intricate medical data.

• Lead clinical research initiatives that require technical expertise, emphasizing quality and ongoing enhancement.

• Develop and uphold comprehensive data management plans and documentation adhering to industry standards and regulatory guidelines.

• Identify and address data discrepancies and issues to optimize data flow and improve data quality throughout the study lifecycle.

• Collaborate with clinical operations, biostatistics, and various cross-functional teams to formulate and implement study-specific data management strategies.

• Carry out project activities such as organizing and archiving study documentation and sending inquiries to investigator sites.

• Guide junior data coordinators in data reconciliation, coding, and cleaning processes.

• Execute additional project tasks as needed to adhere to study timelines.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, such as Life Sciences or Healthcare.

• Demonstrated experience in clinical data management within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology sectors.

• Understanding of data management software and systems, including Medidata, Oracle RDC, or similar platforms.

• Strong attention to detail and capability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Willingness to travel as necessary, approximately 5% of the time.

• Legal eligibility to work in Mexico, the location where the position is based.
