Senior Clinical Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Offer specialized clinical expertise to shape product architecture, integrate workflows, and enhance decision-support features, ensuring clinical relevance and usability.

• Design and implement thorough clinical test cases to assess AI-generated recommendations, evaluating their accuracy, reliability, and alignment with clinical standards.

• Oversee the clinical validation of medical terminology, ontologies, and algorithmic relationships to guarantee medical accuracy, consistency, and adherence to current guidelines.

• Lead initiatives for clinical evidence mapping and standardization, curating high-quality scientific resources and aligning them with the platform's knowledge ontology.

• Work closely with data scientists, developers, and clinical stakeholders to refine use cases, validate model outputs, and uphold clinical integrity throughout the product lifecycle.

• Participate in user research activities, such as interviews and usability testing, converting clinical and end-user feedback into actionable enhancements for the product.

• Excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, producing high-impact results with ownership, adaptability, and precision under tight deadlines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Medical Doctor (MBBS, MD, or equivalent) with 2–3 years of clinical practice experience, or a registered nurse with over 5 years of diverse, hands-on clinical experience across various care settings.

• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience, with a proven ability to guide cross-functional teams and influence strategic clinical and product decisions.

• Experience in a start-up, MedTech, or AI-focused healthcare environment, with knowledge of innovation-driven product development cycles.

• Strong grasp of evidence synthesis and evaluation of evidence strength, including experience with systematic reviews or guideline development.

• Previous involvement in clinical research, encompassing data analysis, result interpretation, and scientific communication through abstracts, manuscripts, or presentations.

• Expertise in navigating clinical terminologies, ontologies (e.g., SNOMED CT, LOINC), and healthcare data standards is highly preferred.
