This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversees designated staff to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Assesses the personal appearance, dress standards, and behavior of assigned team members.
• Keeps an up-to-date record and file of all Solairus Aviation memorandums.
• Organizes, schedules, and evaluates relevant training for crew and maintenance personnel.
• Develops scheduling protocols with clients to facilitate reliable and efficient aircraft scheduling.
• Notifies the flight coordinator of any changes to the aircraft schedule.
• Holds meetings with all personnel to synchronize activities.
• Authorizes expense accounts for assigned staff.
• Engages in the interview process for all assigned personnel.
• Gathers input from the Client Responsible Officer regarding operational, personnel, and administrative matters.
• Total flight time = 3000 hours.
• Pilot in Command (PIC) = 1500 hours.
• Multi-Engine Land (MEL) = 1500 hours.
• MEL PIC = 500 hours.
• Time in Turbo Jet = 500 hours.
• Instrument Flight Time = 250 hours.
• A background in management with a proven history of outstanding leadership skills.
• NBAA CAM certification or equivalent leadership training is preferred.
• Experience across various aspects of training for flight operations personnel.
• Experience in budget development and management.
• A college degree and/or advanced (non-flight) training.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills to facilitate activity coordination.
• A proven record of working in environments focused on implementing best practices in flight operations.
