This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Manage relationships between Wellth and healthcare clients, primarily large payer and provider organizations.
• Ensure effective implementation, adoption, and performance of Wellth solutions.
• Navigate intricate healthcare organizations and collaborate with Sales to uncover new opportunities and expand accounts.
• Serve as a strategic partner to clients, proactively identifying potential areas for growth.
• Create and present customer-centric data analyses that showcase program performance and value.
• Advocate for the customer's voice and champion their needs internally.
• Oversee a portfolio of health plans and provider partners, acting as the primary contact throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Lead program implementations from data receipt to presenting program outcomes, ensuring milestones are met and on-time launches.
• Foster and maintain long-term relationships with customer stakeholders, helping them maximize value from the Wellth solution.
• Coordinate regular remote and in-person meetings and presentations with cross-functional customer teams.
• Analyze, design, and present program outcomes to healthcare executives, quantifying the program's impact.
• Utilize data and customer priorities to aid sales and renewal discussions.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to advance initiatives and deliver value to partners.
• Share best practices, streamline processes, and work alongside customer success leaders.
• Assist in program delivery and platform feature enhancements in partnership with Product leaders.
• Collaborate with Health Informatics Data Analysts and Data Engineers on data operations and outcome analyses.
• Work with Sales and Marketing to develop messaging and outcome stories that support commercial growth.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Over 5 years of experience in healthcare or a healthcare-related market.
• Account management and/or client-facing experience with health insurers and/or risk-bearing providers.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent project management capabilities, including leading implementations and/or other complex projects.
• Experience working with senior healthcare executives.
• Familiarity with and willingness to work with healthcare data, such as Rx claims, eligibility files, and Acumen.
• Understanding of the quality landscape, including experience in supporting HEDIS performance improvement.
• Ability to excel in dynamic environments, adapt swiftly to changing circumstances, and devise creative solutions to intricate client challenges.
• Strong attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated with strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
• Experience or familiarity with the digital health sector and/or working in an early-stage company.
• Experience with Medicare and/or Medicaid programs.
• Sales experience, including acquiring new sales or managing expansions/renewals.
• Proficiency in healthcare data and analyses.
• SQL experience.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must disclose if employment visa sponsorship is currently or prospectively needed.
