This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the complete client lifecycle for key employer clients engaged via health plan partners.
• Enhance client retention and satisfaction through proactive, data-driven account management.
• Prepare and present business reviews utilizing clinical outcomes, engagement metrics, and ROI analyses.
• Influence executive decisions and advocate for continued investment in Virta.
• Provide guidance to clients and spearhead expansion discussions by identifying evolving needs.
• Align client goals and population health trends with Virta’s value proposition.
• Lead negotiations for renewals and upsell contracts.
• Monitor indicators of account success, risks, and opportunities.
• Adapt account strategies to achieve targeted outcomes.
• Cultivate trusted relationships with Clinical, Member Engagement, Analytics, and Commercial teams.
• Collaborate with Member Engagement on campaigns for awareness and adoption.
• Familiarize yourself with Virta’s systems and tools, including Asana, JIRA, Salesforce, and Looker.
• Shadow client calls and engage in cross-functional collaboration.
• Establish relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Gain knowledge of reporting templates, renewal processes, and escalation procedures.
• Contribute suggestions for enhancing workflows and client deliverables.
• Independently manage a designated portfolio of clients, including renewals, satisfaction, and reporting.
• 6–8 years of experience in customer success, consulting, or client-facing account management roles.
• Demonstrated success in managing enterprise or strategic employer accounts with a focus on retention, satisfaction, and growth.
• Experience in leading contract renewals and expansions.
• Expertise in consultative selling and negotiation, linking customer needs to measurable outcomes and ROI.
• Experience presenting strategic and financial value to HR, benefits, and consulting audiences.
• Strong business acumen with an understanding of account growth, client economics, and employer-benefits decision-making.
• Proficient relationship builder with senior clients and cross-functional partners.
• Highly analytical and detail-oriented; leverages data and insights to inform decisions and client discussions.
• Excellent judgment in execution and prioritization.
• Inquisitive, proactive, and focused on continuous improvement.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-growth, and dynamic environment.
• Capable of adhering to security and privacy protocols for sensitive patient information governed by HIPAA.
