This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Managing a portfolio of N4+ retainer clients as their primary strategic liaison at N4.
• Overseeing roadmapping, prioritization, and performance evaluations for your accounts.
• Converting client objectives into concise briefs for design, development, and content teams.
• Facilitating account growth, including the adoption of Webflow's Optimize and Analyze products, while proactively identifying upsell opportunities.
• Administering retainer budgets on a monthly basis, accurately scoping work, and identifying potential risks early.
• Conducting regular governance calls and producing reports that clients find genuinely useful.
• Contributing to the operations of the Customer Success function, including enhancing how we scope, brief, and track project delivery.
• Minimum of 5 years in a digital or creative agency, with at least 2 years in a Senior Account Management or Client Success position.
• Demonstrated success in managing retainer accounts rather than just projects, with an ability to nurture relationships over time.
• Commercially astute, with a strong instinct for identifying upsell and expansion opportunities.
• Technically proficient in discussions regarding web platforms, CMS, performance, SEO, and digital strategy.
• Excellent communicator and a natural relationship-builder with both clients and internal stakeholders.
• Composed and organized when priorities change, capable of managing multiple accounts without oversight.
• Familiar with tools such as Webflow, Figma, Slack, and various project management platforms.
• Experience with Webflow is a notable advantage.
• Professional working proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
