This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Serve as the main point of contact for attorney and law firm clients, cultivating trusted relationships and ensuring consistent, high-quality communication.
• Develop and nurture strong client partnerships by comprehending business objectives, managing expectations, and providing exceptional service.
• Work closely with SEO, Paid Media, and other internal teams to create effective solutions and enhance client outcomes.
• Track and assess campaign performance using analytics platforms and reporting tools, including Google Analytics (GA4).
• Compile and present weekly and monthly performance reports that effectively communicate results, opportunities, and strategic recommendations.
• Recognize trends, opportunities, and areas for enhancement, offering data-driven insights to improve marketing performance.
• Suggest marketing products, services, and strategies that align with each client's objectives and business needs.
• Proactively resolve client issues, foresee challenges, and implement solutions to ensure long-term account success and retention.
• Participate in cross-functional initiatives that enhance client satisfaction, campaign effectiveness, and overall business growth.
• Over 4 years of direct experience in a Client Success, Account Management, or similar client-facing role.
• Proven experience in managing client relationships and supporting performance-driven digital marketing campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing fields, including SEO, paid media, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Proficient in content management systems, such as WordPress.
• Familiar with website analytics, tracking platforms, and best practices for performance optimization.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
• Strong analytical mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding client service and achieving measurable results.
