This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Join us as a key player in our rapid growth journey.
• Identify and secure new large enterprise clients utilizing a consultative, value-driven selling strategy.
• Advocate for value-generating concepts within existing clients to enhance Aera’s relationships and utilization of our distinctive DI platform.
• Manage relationships with C-level and VP-level clients, acting as a trusted partner and advisor.
• Clearly communicate our market positioning, the unique aspects of our technology, and the potential impact of our platform on the client's business by engaging their business and technology stakeholders.
• Act as a subject matter expert in the client’s industry and operations, covering everything from strategic intent to functional areas.
• Create and oversee the long-term strategic roadmap, establishing a practical approach to executing the vision and the benefits case for transformation.
• Respond to client inquiries with integrity and urgency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide outstanding service to clients and secure upselling opportunities.
• Achieve or surpass new Annual Contract Value (ACV) and customer revenue goals.
• Over 7 years of direct sales experience with a well-known data and analytics enterprise software company, focusing on Operations, Supply Chain Management, and/or Digital Transformations.
• Proven experience in promoting vision and value/outcome-based selling.
• Preferred familiarity and experience with Big Data, RPA/Process Mining, and AI/ML.
• Highly driven with a strong history of success, consistently achieving or exceeding targets.
• Ability to swiftly comprehend and diagnose the primary challenges faced by clients and prospects.
• Proven capability to forge lasting strategic relationships with senior executives.
• Ability to convey a strong viewpoint to engage and challenge stakeholders effectively.
• Proficient in articulating the value potential of new and transformative solutions clearly.
• Passionate about technology's ability to fundamentally alter corporate operations.
• Willingness to travel frequently and regularly.
• Must reside in the Chicago Metro area.
