This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver outstanding account management throughout the entirety of the project and contract lifecycle, ensuring consistent client satisfaction and support.
• Build and maintain strong relationships at all levels within client organizations, including key contacts and decision-makers, to enhance partnership success.
• Propel annual revenue retention and growth by formulating and implementing account plans that align with both client and company goals.
• Utilize data insights to inform and adjust account strategies effectively.
• Analyze and clearly communicate ROI and clinical metrics to clients, emphasizing their significant value to both their organization and the Cylinder partnership.
• Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns that increase enrollment and engagement, thereby enhancing client satisfaction.
• Work collaboratively with the Cylinder marketing team, leveraging your expertise to customize existing materials and co-develop new campaigns that meet specific client requirements.
• A minimum of 6 years of direct experience working with self-insured employers, payers, and TPAs, or prior experience in onboarding and managing large enterprise or strategic clients in a health-related industry.
• At least 6 years of client relationship/account management experience with national payers and/or Fortune 500 employers.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals and quotas.
• Strong analytical skills, process improvement expertise, and familiarity with technologies such as SalesForce, XLS, Project Management tools (e.g., ClickUp), and Google Suite.
• Demonstrated proficiency in strategic planning, executing, and delivering projects on time and within budget while thriving in a fast-paced, high-energy, team-oriented environment.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% within the U.S.
