This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hawaii.
• Install and set up SpotOn hardware, peripherals, and networking devices, along with other assigned implementation tasks.
• Execute on-site assessments to identify optimal hardware placement, verify low-voltage wiring, and pinpoint power outlet locations.
• Provide thorough, hands-on training to clients and offer live support to ensure proficient use of SpotOn software and its features.
• Conduct regular on-site health check-ins to ensure system functionality and client satisfaction.
• Carry out hardware demonstrations on-site as required.
• Establish and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with clients through consistent in-person and remote interactions.
• Address and resolve escalated support tickets quickly and professionally.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex client issues efficiently.
• Articulate technical concepts in a way that is easily understood by non-technical users, fostering confidence and understanding.
• Recognize opportunities to upsell additional products and services based on client requirements.
• Create and implement strategies to generate referrals from satisfied clients.
• Travel frequently to various client locations.
• A minimum of 2 years of management experience in the restaurant industry.
• At least 2 years of experience in building and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure a positive and satisfactory experience.
• Knowledge of various hardware and networking devices, including terminals, handhelds, printers, and peripherals.
• Understanding of low-voltage wiring principles, including the identification and verification of wiring connections.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective connections with clients and addressing their concerns.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for both hardware and software issues, with a solid understanding of low-voltage wiring and power outlets.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle support escalations in a composed and professional manner.
• Proficient in training end-users on software applications, ideally in a face-to-face environment.
• Ability to work autonomously, exercise independent judgment, manage time efficiently, prioritize tasks to meet deadlines, and effectively resolve support issues.
• Willingness to travel and work on-site at various client locations as necessary.
• Availability for some night and weekend tasks as required.
