This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Facilitate complex, multi-disciplinary discovery sessions focused on achieving business objectives.
• Take complete responsibility for solution architecture and technical strategy for medium to large-scale projects.
• Recognize cross-disciplinary opportunities that encompass networking, data centers, cloud, security, and platform engineering.
• Foster integrated architectural solutions and clearly defined execution pathways across various practices.
• Collaborate with Account Executives on deal strategies, qualification processes, and positioning.
• Work alongside Practice Directors and Principal Architects to confirm solution designs, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Act as a crucial technical escalation point during advanced stages of the sales cycle.
• Mentor Customer Solutions Architects (CSAs) and engineers in solution design, discovery techniques, and consultative selling.
• Create reusable solution patterns, reference architectures, and enablement resources.
• Represent Myriad360 in high-level client discussions, workshops, and technical briefings.
• Complete ongoing security awareness training and adhere to company policies.
• Identify and raise security risks while contributing to remediation efforts.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Must be located in the United States, specifically in Southern California (Los Angeles, San Diego, and Long Beach) or surrounding areas.
• 7–10 years of experience in solution architecture, pre-sales engineering, or technical consulting.
• Proven track record in designing and selling comprehensive, multi-domain enterprise solutions.
• Advanced consultative discovery skills with a demonstrated ability to influence client decision-making processes.
• Extensive technical knowledge across at least two of Myriad360's core practice areas.
• Ability to independently oversee complex technical sales cycles.
• Relevant OEM certifications are strongly preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% may be necessary.
