This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Lead intricate, multi-practice discovery sessions focused on attaining business objectives rather than just product-centric discussions.
• Take complete responsibility for solution architecture and technical strategy concerning medium to large-scale opportunities.
• Actively identify cross-practice opportunities that encompass networking, data center, cloud, security, and platform engineering.
• Drive alignment across practices by facilitating cohesive architectural solutions and clearly defined execution pathways.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to shape deal strategy, qualification, and positioning.
• Work alongside Practice Directors and Principal Architects to confirm solution designs, bills of materials (BOMs), and statements of work (SOWs).
• Act as a vital technical escalation point during advanced phases of the sales cycle.
• Guide and mentor CSAs and engineers in best practices for solution design, discovery techniques, and consultative selling.
• Play a role in developing reusable solution patterns, reference architectures, and enablement resources.
• Represent Myriad360 in high-level client discussions, workshops, and technical briefings.
• 7–10 years of experience in solution architecture, pre-sales engineering, or technical consulting.
• Proven track record in designing and marketing comprehensive, multi-domain enterprise solutions.
• Advanced consultative discovery abilities with a demonstrated capacity to guide client decision-making processes.
• Extensive technical proficiency across a minimum of two core practice areas at Myriad360.
• Ability to independently navigate complex technical sales cycles.
• Relevant OEM certifications are strongly preferred.
