Senior Client Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Facilitate advanced, multi-disciplinary discovery sessions aimed at achieving business results.

• Take complete responsibility for the solution architecture and technical strategy for medium to large-scale projects.

• Recognize cross-practice opportunities that encompass networking, data center, cloud, security, and platform engineering.

• Cultivate unified architectural solutions and clearly defined execution paths across various practices.

• Collaborate with Account Executives to shape deal strategies, qualification, and positioning.

• Work alongside Practice Directors and Principal Architects to verify solution designs, bills of materials (BOMs), and statements of work (SOWs).

• Act as a primary technical escalation point during the later stages of the sales process.

• Provide mentorship to CSAs and engineers in areas such as solution design, discovery techniques, and consultative selling.

• Create reusable solution patterns, reference architectures, and enablement resources.

• Represent Myriad360 in high-level client discussions, workshops, and technical presentations.

• Complete ongoing security awareness training and adhere to company policies.

• Identify and escalate security risks while contributing to remediation initiatives.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in the United States, specifically in Illinois.

• 7–10 years of experience in solution architecture, pre-sales engineering, or technical consulting.

• Proven success in designing and selling comprehensive, multi-domain enterprise solutions.

• Advanced consultative discovery skills with a demonstrated ability to guide client decision-making processes.

• Broad technical expertise across at least two of Myriad360's core practice areas.

• Ability to independently manage complex technical sales cycles.

• Relevant OEM certifications are highly desirable.

• Willingness to travel up to 40% may be necessary.
