This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Serve as the strategic extension and representative for the Android client.
• Facilitate comprehensive communication, executive briefings, client presentations, stakeholder reporting, and strategic travel alignment.
• Cultivate, enhance, and manage high-level relationships with mobile networks and partners.
• Align channel objectives with broader client initiatives to promote market growth.
• Design, monitor, and refine program workflows in collaboration with cross-functional operations and shared services teams.
• Ensure resource allocation, field execution strategies, and project timelines meet client expectations.
• Establish and uphold Service Level Agreements and Quality Assurance standards.
• Direct data and analytics frameworks, synthesizing performance metrics, competitive intelligence, and field data into executive insights.
• Engage in strategic business reviews, budget planning, forecasting, and resource optimization.
• Conduct strategic travel to assess field connectivity, partner alignment, training compliance, and product launch rollouts.
• Lead and mentor project managers, coordinators, field teams, and vendors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required, or equivalent professional experience.
• A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in account management, client services, or leadership within retail operations in consumer technology or telecom.
• Advanced capability to comprehend complex client ecosystems, foresee market trends, and convert client visions into scalable operational strategies.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication abilities.
• Proven experience presenting to senior executives and client leadership.
• Proficient in Google Workspace tools, including Slides, Docs, and Sheets.
• Advanced skills in presentation design and visual storytelling.
• Strong knowledge of business drivers, financial modeling, SLA management, and mobile market dynamics.
• Demonstrated experience in budget planning and ROI analysis.
• Ability to navigate complex matrix organizations and foster executive-level relationships.
• History of surpassing KPIs and establishing governance processes across multiple markets.
• Proficient in agile problem-solving, process redesign, operational efficiency, and analytics.
• Willingness to travel as necessary, up to 25–35%.
