This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• We are seeking a **Senior Client Revenue Manager** to manage the entire post-sale relationship for a portfolio of valuable B2B clients.
• You will facilitate client discussions, analyze campaign data, uncover performance opportunities, and steer clients towards improved revenue results.
• Oversee a portfolio of **10–20 client accounts**, focusing on retention, revenue expansion, and the overall health of accounts.
• Conduct structured weekly strategy sessions with clients, offering insights, recommendations, and actionable plans.
• Spot and secure expansion opportunities, including additional campaigns, new use cases, and service enhancements.
• Examine outbound campaign performance data, such as reply rates, sequencing effectiveness, deliverability signals, and targeting success.
• Partner with clients on **ICP refinement, messaging strategies, and enhancements to outbound sequencing**.
• Utilize tools such as **HubSpot and Airtable** daily to monitor campaign performance, assess account health, and manage documentation.
• Collaborate with internal execution teams to implement campaign adjustments and fulfill client requests.
• Lead the onboarding process for new clients, establishing clear operational workflows and communication rhythms.
• Assist clients in evolving their outbound strategies and progressively adopting advanced revenue generation methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience in managing **client relationships within an agency or consultancy setting**.
• Proven ability to drive **client revenue outcomes**, including retention, expansion, or Net Revenue Retention metrics.
• Comprehensive understanding of **outbound sales, demand generation, or pipeline development strategies**.
• Capacity to analyze campaign data and convert insights into strategic recommendations.
• Practical experience with **CRM and operational tools like HubSpot and Airtable**.
• Familiarity with incorporating **AI tools into daily tasks** (e.g., research, analysis, strategy development, communication).
• Exceptional communication skills with a knack for confidently advising senior stakeholders such as founders, CROs, and sales leaders.
• Comfortable operating in a **remote, global environment with distributed teams**.
• Experience with outbound sales tools or automation software.
• Background in revenue operations, growth analytics, or sales strategy consulting.
• Experience supporting international clients across various markets.
• Previous participation in developing client success processes or playbooks.
