This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
β’ Collaborates with the brokerage team to execute Open Enrollment configurations for designated clients in ADP Workforce Now, which includes creating and updating plans and OE-related tools within the Enhanced Benefits module.
β’ Works closely with the MPS Carrier Connections team and ADP OE Specialists during Open Enrollment to ensure that necessary structural changes are effectively communicated to ADP, and that post-OE enrollments are processed both accurately and in a timely manner.
β’ Quickly addresses ADP WFN benefits-related technical inquiries from various internal and external stakeholders.
β’ Produces a variety of census and end-of-enrollment reports for new business.
β’ Aids in the implementation of the new Essential ACA module, maintains the existing Essential ACA module, conducts monthly monitoring, and performs year-end 1095 auditing.
β’ Assists the Benefit & Technology Implementation team as needed with the configuration of the Enhanced Benefits module in ADP Workforce Now and the Essential ACA module for newly onboarded clients.
β’ Fosters strong partnerships across team and organizational boundaries.
β’ At least 3 years of experience in HRIS, benefit technology, or a related field.
β’ Strong working knowledge of ADP WFN, with familiarity in ADP NextGen and/or Lyric considered advantageous.
β’ Proficient understanding of ACA configuration and monitoring technologies, with preference given to candidates with experience in the ADP WFN Essential ACA module.
β’ Ability to rapidly learn and adjust to a dynamic business environment.
β’ Excellent telephone etiquette and the capability to conduct effective calls to meet project deadlines.
β’ Skilled in Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Microsoft CoPilot, Excel, and Word.
β’ Outstanding planning, critical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
β’ Capacity to uphold a high level of confidentiality.
β’ Strong written and verbal communication skills, high energy and enthusiasm, excellent interpersonal, motivational, and leadership qualities, along with the initiative to work autonomously and independently.
