Senior Client Manager, Commercial Lines

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Acts as the primary service liaison for a portfolio of selected commercial clients with independence.

• Ensures client satisfaction and engages in strategic planning.

• Continuously delivers outstanding customer service leadership to assigned accounts.

• Advocates for client needs and objectives within the organization to guarantee quality service.

• Assesses exposures, gathers quotes, reviews, negotiates, and finalizes agreements.

• Collects information from clients, evaluates risks, and provides recommendations.

• Identifies Markets in line with the Core Carrier Strategy.

• Develops solutions and presents recommendations during strategy meetings with the Client Advisor.

• Manages renewals, endorsements, acknowledgments, cancellations, and proofs of insurance.

• Utilizes templates and system-generated letters and forms for effective communication.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Commercial Property & Casualty with a thorough understanding of insurance coverages.

• Must possess a state Property & Casualty insurance license.

• Functional proficiency in Excel, particularly in creating, formatting, and analyzing formulas while working within templates.

• Skilled in the use of agency management systems (EPIC) and carrier websites.
