Senior Client Manager – Commercial Lines

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Deliver prompt and efficient service to clients

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients and carrier representatives

• Provide assistance in recommending new coverage options

• Evaluate and contrast existing exposures for renewal marketing approaches

• Oversee the marketing process, negotiate rates, and assess quotes

• Present proposals and finalize coverage agreements with carriers

• Advise teams on coverage and quality standards

• Address client inquiries and manage contractual agreements

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in insurance or a related field

• Exceptional attention to detail

• Highly organized

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities

• Active Property & Casualty license

• College degree preferred but not mandatory

• Insurance designation is a plus
