This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee client engagements throughout the entire lifecycle, from initial needs assessment to achieving measurable results.
• Assemble and lead cross-functional teams to guarantee high-quality delivery and outcomes for clients.
• Collaborate with clients to identify, frame, and tackle opportunities for sustainable performance enhancement.
• Guide clients through strategic, structural, operational, and management transformations to secure enduring results.
• Facilitate alignment among executives and cross-functional teams to obtain buy-in and necessary resources for successful execution.
• Supervise research and analysis tasks, including data collection, synthesis, and interpretation to support informed decision-making.
• Conduct interviews with key stakeholders, such as employees and leadership, to extract insights and confirm findings.
• Design and facilitate workshops to promote collaboration and co-develop solutions.
• Identify organizational challenges, develop hypotheses, and craft actionable solutions.
• Prepare persuasive business proposals and present strategic recommendations to client leadership.
• Assist in implementing solutions, ensuring that clients are equipped with the tools, guidance, and support essential for success.
• Lead and mentor project teams, including analysts and consultants, to enhance performance and foster professional development.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, cultivating strong relationships and ensuring alignment throughout the engagement.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in an in-house sustainability role, management consultancy, or client management within a specialized sustainability consultancy.
• Proven experience working across all organizational levels, influencing decisions and direction with executive and senior business stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience in team collaboration and leadership.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving and strategic planning abilities.
• Proficient analytical skills.
• Adaptability in mindset and approach.
• Commercial awareness and understanding of business environments.
