Senior Client Development Director – Data & Platform Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

• Drive the growth of new business opportunities.

• Exceed 100% of your annual sales objectives.

• Establish and sustain a minimum pipeline of 3x against your quota.

• Generate pipeline through strategic outreach, prospecting, and industry engagement.

• Identify and capitalize on new revenue opportunities across various sectors.

• Take ownership of the entire sales cycle.

• Guide opportunities from initial outreach to closure.

• Conduct discovery discussions, solution presentations, and platform demonstrations.

• Oversee RFP processes and procurement cycles as necessary.

• Negotiate commercial agreements and finalize multi-year contracts.

• Market Data & Platform Solutions.

• Effectively showcase Engage3’s platform and articulate its practical, user-centered functionality.

• Assist clients in understanding platform usage, integrating it into their workflows, and deriving value from the data.

• Convert technical capabilities into tangible business outcomes.

• Broaden cross-selling opportunities.

• Discover chances to expand into areas such as competitive intelligence, pricing insights, customer sentiment, and more.

• Collaborate with various teams across the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated success in a quota-carrying Account Executive or Client Development Director role.

• Background in selling SaaS, data, analytics, or platform-based solutions.

• Strong history of generating pipeline and securing new business.

• Experience in conducting demonstrations and explaining product features.

• Comfortable managing sales cycles for both mid-market and enterprise clients.

• Experience in selling across multiple industries is advantageous.
