Senior Client Delivery Project Manager – Member Services Contact Center

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establishes and leads project work teams to effectively plan, develop, test, and implement projects.

• Guides and oversees the project implementation lifecycle to successfully deliver multiple projects and initiatives.

• Provides clear, accurate, and consistent communication to project teams, management, external clients, and vendors.

• Facilitates project resources in defining tasks, durations, efforts, and dependencies.

• Collaborates with technology leaders to identify project resources and create a comprehensive schedule.

• Drives and coordinates efforts among cross-functional project team members from various disciplines, assigning individual responsibilities.

• Maintains project documentation ensuring its completeness.

• Prepares and disseminates project reports and communications.

• Works collaboratively with other project managers and external consulting organizations.

• Travels to client locations to discuss specifications, objectives, and options.

• Acts as a mentor for other Operational Services staff in project management methodologies.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of project management experience is required.

• At least 5 years in a client-facing role is essential.

• A preferred 5 years in the financial services industry, specifically in card processing and payment solutions.

• Experience in leading large-scale conversion projects and working with card processing is preferred.

• Client-facing project leadership and card processing experience is preferred.

• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field and/or an equivalent combination of experience and education is required.

• PMP certification is preferred.
