This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Achieves set sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Leverages Trucordia’s sales and marketing resources to perform result-driven activities such as cold calling, face-to-face meetings, and presentations to secure new business.
• Serves as a subject matter expert, specializing in a designated area to maximize chances of long-term success.
• Regularly oversees a portfolio of clients to maintain high renewal rates.
• Works closely with Client Service to evaluate renewal business and onboard new accounts.
• Adheres to Trucordia's sales methodologies and best practices, including effective utilization of Trucordia tools and the sales management platform.
• Valid Property and Casualty Insurance Producer License issued by the state.
• Over 5 years of experience in an insurance sales position.
• Proficient in professional software applications such as Microsoft Suite and Salesforce.
• Proven ability in analytics and both internal and external communication skills.
