Senior Classification Specialist – Federal

📋 Description

• Deliver daily administrative classification services, which encompass research, investigation, and analysis.

• Provides guidance to managers regarding position classification processes and tools.

• Assesses the appropriate crediting of factor levels and grade assignments.

• Compiles essential evaluation statements and conveys findings effectively.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Federal HR Specialist is required.

• Significant experience in staffing and placement at the Federal Government level.

• Comprehensive understanding of position classification principles and HR concepts.

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.

• Proven ability to conduct job analyses is required.

• Demonstrated experience with USA Staffing is necessary.

• Must successfully complete a Public Trust security clearance process.
