Senior Claims Manager – EPL

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Directly manage the organization’s Employment Practice Liability Claims.

• Conduct coverage analysis, investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and resolution of assigned claims.

• Engage and collaborate with key stakeholders effectively.

• Oversee loss exposures and ensure adherence to legal and regulatory standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Law, HR, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• At least 10 years of experience in employment law, risk management, or insurance related to employment practices.
