Senior Claims Examiner – Property, General Liability

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Investigates, assesses, and resolves claims related to property damage and general liability.

• Conducts or coordinates field inspections, property evaluations, and damage assessments.

• Reviews coverage across property and liability policies and drafts coverage position letters.

• Ensures timely diary management and maintains precise documentation of all claims activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in claims handling within the property and casualty insurance sector.

• Proficient understanding of property damage valuation, coverage analysis, and claims investigation methods.

• Knowledge of tort liability principles and methodologies for handling general liability claims.

• A bachelor's degree in Business, Risk Management, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.

• An active adjuster license is required; specific state licensing requirements will vary depending on assigned clients.
