HVAC Warranty Claims Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Submitting eligible claims through various vendor portals while following vendor guidelines, deadlines, and requirements.

• Generating customer credit memos within the Trilogie system.

• Issuing debits as necessary.

• Meeting the required submission targets on a daily and monthly basis.

• Investigating and resolving any issues related to claims.

• Engaging in daily communication with internal branch team members, external customers, and vendors.

• Maintaining detailed records of approved and denied claims.

• Assisting branches and customers with product returns.

• Reconciling vendor payments, customer credits, and discrepancies.

• Participating in group Teams calls on a periodic basis.

• Contributing to Bi-Annual audit reconciliations.

• Supporting special projects as needed.

• Working overtime during peak seasons as required.

• Demonstrated ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high level of accuracy.

• Proficient computer skills, including MS Office.

• Capable of managing multiple vendor lines along with their requirements while adhering to standard operating procedures.

• Comfortable interacting with internal associates, external customers, and vendors.

• Must possess the ability to work independently.
