This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Efficiently manage and process incoming claims, ensuring accuracy, fairness, and timely resolutions.
• Engage directly with customers, providers, and partners to collect necessary documentation and clarify case details.
• Maintain clear, professional, and empathetic communication with insureds, brokers, and partners.
• Collaborate with our Claims Manager to investigate claims by reviewing documentation, identifying discrepancies or inconsistencies, and escalating issues when necessary.
• Keep detailed and compliant records for auditing and regulatory requirements.
• Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and underwriting teams to enhance claims workflows and automate routine processes.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to understand both external and internal customer needs, implementing solutions that boost productivity.
• Monitor statistical data to ensure claims handling efficiency is upheld.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of our claims playbook, standard operating procedures, and knowledge base from the ground up.
• Demonstrated experience in claims handling roles or within the industry.
• Proven ability to build successful relationships with various stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong customer orientation and capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and Google Workspace applications.
• In-depth knowledge of coverage analysis, claims investigation, and litigation management.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Previous startup experience (Nice to haves).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economy, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field (Nice to haves).
• Adjuster license(s) or CPCU/AIC designation(s) (Nice to haves).
• Familiarity with the regulatory landscape (Nice to haves).
• Authorized to work in Poland without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
