Senior Claims Consultant, Private Risk Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with high-net-worth clients and their insurance carriers to establish claims protocols.

• Perform proactive claims assessments with clients and carrier partners.

• Serve as a dedicated claims advocate and liaison for PRM clients.

• Continuously monitor individual claims within the PRM client portfolios.

• Function as a concierge-level point of contact during ongoing claims.

• Support new business development and client retention by participating in client meetings.

• Work in conjunction with PRM Advisors and the Director of Risk Mitigation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Professional certifications such as AIC, SCLA, CPCU, or ARM are preferred.

• A minimum of 3+ years of experience in claims management is required.

• Preference will be given to candidates with experience working directly with high-net-worth personal lines clients or in a client-facing claims advocacy capacity.

• Experience with top-tier personal lines carriers or a Private Client practice at a comparable firm is a significant advantage.
