This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Formulate and implement extensive channel sales strategies that foster revenue growth, enhance market share, and achieve annual sales objectives.
• Establish, manage, and grow strategic partnerships with distributors, resellers, system integrators, and other channel allies.
• Develop and execute partner business plans, growth strategies, and collaborative go-to-market initiatives.
• Conduct periodic business evaluations with channel partners to analyze performance, pinpoint opportunities, and create corrective action plans.
• Offer product training, sales support, technical assistance, and continuous support to ensure partner success.
• Identify, qualify, and nurture new business opportunities through partner networks and direct engagement with customers.
• Collaborate with marketing, product management, and technical teams to provide value-added solutions that meet customer requirements.
• Oversee contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and commercial agreements while ensuring the attainment of profitability goals.
• Manage key customer and partner accounts by fostering strong relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Create precise sales forecasts, maintain opportunity pipelines, and deliver regular updates via CRM systems.
• Track industry trends, competitive activities, and market developments to identify strategic opportunities and potential risks.
• Encourage partner adoption of new products, services, and programs to optimize market penetration.
• Effectively address escalated customer and partner issues while maintaining strong business relationships.
• Support strategic initiatives, product launches, and efforts to expand territories.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline processes and enhance the overall experience for customers and partners.
• YOU MUST HAVE
• - A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• - At least 6+ years of proven success in sales, channel management, business development, or account management.
• - A demonstrated history of surpassing revenue targets and expanding strategic accounts or channel partnerships.
• - Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• - Experience in managing complex sales processes that involve multiple decision-makers.
• - Ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels, including executive management.
• - Strong analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving abilities.
• - Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, Dynamics 365, or similar) and Microsoft Office applications.
• - Willingness to travel (overnight) as necessary to support partner and customer engagement.
