This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.
• Provides leadership and oversight for planning and executing sales activities aimed at enhancing sales performance in the Military, Industrial, Automotive, Medical, and Consumer sectors.
• Collaborates with Asia Pacific Management and corporate headquarters as necessary to oversee all facets of the business within the designated area.
• Develops a vision for the Channel Sales team and strategizes on effective market penetration.
• Mobilizes the entire organization and drives contributions from teams beyond Sales, including Technical Support, Marketing, and QA.
• Works in close partnership with corporate headquarters and distributors to remove any potential barriers to business growth.
• Assumes responsibility for corporate policies and establishes new policies where they are lacking.
• Cultivates a culture of ownership by setting objectives, driving execution, monitoring key performance indicators, and making necessary adjustments (PDCA).
• Oversees the hiring, training, and termination of distributors to enhance the quality of sales operations.
• Promotes consistent communication and fosters strong working relationships between the Corporate Sales team, Distributor Sales teams, and other departments across the global organization.
• Develops executive relationships with key customers and guides staff to do the same.
• Leads the team to effectively implement plans for selling all products and services.
• Creates a business plan for broad accounts, including opportunity mapping, competitive analysis, and organizational mapping.
• Over 10 years of experience in the Semiconductor (Logic Devices) industry.
• More than 5 years of management experience.
• Ability to provide effective coaching and mentorship to team members.
• Experience in global business environments.
• Background in working for foreign-owned companies or having international assignments.
• Proven experience in conducting global business operations.
• Experience collaborating with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Strong communication skills to engage with various stakeholders to achieve optimal solutions and conclusions.
