This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Build and nurture relationships with Telecom Service Brokers and Sub-agents.
• Support agents through the sales process by providing proposals and assisting in managing customer and prospect interactions.
• Propel Zayo's revenue growth by informing the Sub-Agents community about our comprehensive product portfolio, ensuring an outstanding partner experience.
• Leverage knowledge of customers, industry trends, and services to achieve revenue objectives.
• Track, assess, and report on sales performance and activities utilizing Zayo's CRM tool and other reporting systems.
• Generate precise and timely sales opportunity forecasts.
• Keep thorough records of agent and customer interactions for sales and forecasting documentation.
• Collaborate efficiently with internal teams to maintain agent and customer satisfaction and reach revenue targets.
• Balance collaborative efforts with independent contributions to enhance the overall success of the role.
• A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent four-year college education.
• At least five (5) years of experience in solution selling to large accounts.
• A minimum of two (2) years of experience in Channel Sales.
• Established connections with key Telecom Service Distributors and Sub-Agents.
• Proven track record of consistently achieving targeted sales objectives.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
• In-depth understanding of Zayo Network's value proposition, products, and services, including Ethernet, Wavelength, IP transport, Dark Fiber, Custom Access, and Colocation.
• Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and Salesforce.
