Senior Change Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.

📋 Description

• Build partnerships with business leaders throughout the organization and enhance The Standard’s tailored, people-focused change management methodology.

• Establish and expand the practice of change management within the company.

• Work collaboratively with key leaders and stakeholders across the organization to secure effective change sponsorship.

• Oversee the development and execution of practical change management deliverables.

• Demonstrate change management practices and participate in peer coaching and learning.

• Serve as a strategic advisor for leaders, offering valuable guidance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.

• 7-10 years of experience in implementing end-to-end change management using established methodologies.

• Certification in CCMP, Kotter, 7-S, Prosci, or ADKAR (mandatory).

• Experience in consulting (preferred).

• Familiarity with Agile and Lean methodologies (preferred).

• Background in actuarial science (preferred).

• Relevant industry experience (preferred).
