Senior Change Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Lead comprehensive change workstreams from start to finish

• Define and implement effective change strategies

• Design and execute stakeholder engagement initiatives

• Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and interviews to gather insights

• Develop and manage communication and engagement strategies

• Shape learning and enablement initiatives for stakeholders

• Monitor adoption rates and behavior change metrics

• Ensure seamless integration of change plans with overall project delivery

⛳️ Requirements

• 8 to 10 years of professional experience in relevant fields

• Strong background in project management

• Proven experience in technology-driven transformations

• Familiarity with change methodologies such as PROSCI, ADKAR, and ACMP

• Exceptional facilitation and senior stakeholder management abilities

• Proficiency in English (C1 or higher)
