Senior Certinia PSA Cloud Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Act as the principal developer for PS Cloud projects, leading solution architecture, establishing technical standards, and collaborating with business stakeholders to convert requirements into scalable solutions.

• Practical experience in configuring Certinia PSA, including project setups, milestones, resource scheduling, time and expense tracking, billing, and revenue forecasting.

• Proficient with Salesforce Flows, user roles, field-level security, automation rules, and reporting dashboards.

• Oversee and manage PSA system data, ensuring the precision of project records, resource distribution, and time tracking.

• Demonstrates extensive, hands-on experience with the core modules of Certinia PSA, such as projects, milestones, resource requests, assignments, and timecards. Propel continuous enhancements of our PSA solution.

• Utilize comprehensive knowledge of the PSA data model, object relationships, and end-to-end service processes to design and implement effective solutions.

• Keep abreast of Certinia platform updates and proactively suggest the incorporation of new features (e.g., Workspaces, Work Planner, Intelligent Staffing, Forecasting).

• Apply strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills to address technical challenges and uphold platform integrity.

• Serve as the main contact for PSA-related inquiries, escalations, enhancements, and training needs.

• Collaborate closely with leaders in Professional Services, Customer Success, and RevOps to align strategic business objectives with scalable technical solutions.

• Assist in UAT and change management processes for newly implemented features and procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Science, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).

• Over 5 years of progressive experience on the Salesforce platform in roles such as Senior Consultant or Senior Admin.

• More than 3 years of hands-on experience with Certinia (FinancialForce), specifically focused on PS Cloud (PSA); experience in Customer Success is highly preferred.

• PSA System Administration certification is mandatory.

• Salesforce Advanced Admin certification is also required.

• Lead the design and development of solutions across Salesforce and Certinia PS Cloud.

• Deep understanding of PSA concepts (project financials, utilization, revenue, time & expense) in a SaaS or service-oriented context.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting capabilities with an emphasis on performance, scalability, and maintainability.

• Outstanding communication skills; capable of articulating technical designs and trade-offs to both technical and business audiences.

• Experience in Agile or iterative delivery settings is preferred.

• Experience with PSA implementations is preferred.
