This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Full accountability for the commercial success of the product portfolio, encompassing pricing strategy, advertising budget allocation, inventory oversight, and product development.
• Make strategic decisions regarding the portfolio: scale successful products, refine underperforming ones, and remove weak SKUs.
• Create the pricing matrix and assess pricing and promotional strategies.
• Distribute the advertising budget for each product and collaborate closely with the Performance Marketing team.
• Oversee inventory levels and implement initiatives to enhance sell-through rates.
• At least 5 years of experience in category management, product management, or a similar P&L-responsible role in e-commerce, D2C, or FMCG sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage a product portfolio, with accountability for revenue, margin, and budget.
• Proficient in working with KPIs, contribution margins, and pricing strategies.
• Familiarity with digital advertising channel levers, including Meta, Google, and Amazon Ads.
• Fluent in German; proficiency in English is advantageous.
