This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Catalog Strategy & Governance: Establish the overarching vision for the enterprise catalog, including the operating model, taxonomy frameworks, data ownership guidelines, and lifecycle management processes spanning various product business lines.
• PIM Platform Leadership: Serve as the chief Product Owner and business lead for the comprehensive assessment, implementation, and deployment of the enterprise PIM ecosystem.
• Complex Data Modeling: Design omnichannel-ready product schemas that accurately represent intricate variations, hierarchies, and cross-sell arrangements across accommodations, activities, memberships, mobility, and retail offerings.
• Enterprise Systems Integration: Lead the integration strategy that links the PIM with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), resort channel managers, inventory systems, payment gateways, and CRM solutions.
• Booking & Conversion Enablement: Enhance product visibility and merchant functionalities by configuring rich metadata, media, and promotional packages that enhance personalization and recommendation systems.
• Data Quality & Localization: Establish corporate data validation standards, monitor catalog health indicators, and manage multilingual localization layers (8+ languages).
• Stakeholder Management: Organize alignment workshops and liaise directly with Revenue Management, Commerce, Digital Experience, and external implementation partners.
• Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Business, Digital Commerce, Information Systems, Hospitality, or a related discipline.
• Experience: Over 10 years of specialized professional experience in Product Information Management (PIM), Product Catalog Management, Digital Commerce, or Master Data Management (MDM).
• Niche Domain Expertise: Demonstrated experience in leading enterprise PIM implementations specifically within the hospitality, travel, resorts, e-commerce, marketplaces, or booking industries.
• Core PIM Tools: Strong technical strategy background with PIM implementations, with a preference for Akeneo, or leading platforms such as Salsify, Informatica, Pimcore, Stibo Systems, or inriver.
• Ecosystem Familiarity: Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Experience Cloud platforms.
• Architecture Literacy: Comprehensive knowledge of API-driven integrations, data validation structures, Master Data Management (MDM) principles, and data governance frameworks.
• Nice-to-Have: Familiarity with enterprise CRM solutions like Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or Adobe Campaign. Experience with Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms and modern product analytics tools (GA4, Adobe Analytics, Power BI, or Tableau). Professional certifications in PIM platforms, data governance frameworks, Salesforce, or Adobe Experience Cloud are advantageous.
