This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Develop the overarching vision for the master enterprise catalog, including the operating model, taxonomy structures, data ownership guidelines, and lifecycle management processes across various product business lines.
• Serve as the main Product Owner and business representative for the comprehensive assessment, implementation, and launch of the enterprise PIM ecosystem.
• Design omnichannel-compatible product schemas that encompass intricate variations, hierarchies, and cross-selling frameworks across accommodations, activities, memberships, mobility, and retail services.
• Propel the integration strategy that links the PIM with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), resort channel managers, inventory systems, payment solutions, and CRM platforms.
• Enhance product visibility and merchant functionality by setting up rich metadata, media, and promotional packages that support personalization and recommendation engines.
• Establish corporate data validation standards, monitor catalog performance indicators, and oversee multilingual localization layers (+8 languages).
• Organize alignment workshops and facilitate direct coordination among Revenue Management, Commerce, Digital Experience, and external implementation partners.
• A Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Business, Digital Commerce, Information Systems, Hospitality, or a related discipline.
• Over 10 years of specialized professional experience in Product Information Management (PIM), Product Catalog Management, Digital Commerce, or Master Data Management (MDM).
• Demonstrated experience leading enterprise PIM implementations, particularly in the hospitality, travel, resorts, e-commerce, marketplaces, or booking industries.
• Strong background in technical strategy related to PIM configurations, with a preference for Akeneo or leading platforms such as Salsify, Informatica, Pimcore, Stibo Systems, or inriver.
• Hands-on experience collaborating with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Experience Cloud platforms.
• Comprehensive understanding of API-driven integrations, data validation frameworks, Master Data Management (MDM) principles, and data governance structures.
• Familiarity with enterprise CRM solutions like Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or Adobe Campaign is a plus.
• Experience with Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms and contemporary product analytics tools (GA4, Adobe Analytics, Power BI, or Tableau) is preferred.
• Professional certifications in PIM platforms, data governance frameworks, Salesforce, or Adobe Experience Cloud are beneficial.
